This is a wall plaque by Salvatori Melani. It has the identifier ‘R.I 242 B B.’ at the base of the neck. It is a mirror image of another piece, Lady wall plaque by Melani – Prod 243 I found it on eBay here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125040393346 and though it was worth capturing Registration Document not available
