Joseph Jesus and Mary figurine

This is a piece by Bacci & Bacci, who were based in Salford, Lamcashire. I’m not sure, but is this meant to be Joseph, Mary and the baby Jesus?? It was registered on 18th November 1955 and is likely to be chalkware.
