Pair of lady busts – Reg 886944 / 6064

I am pretty certain that this is a pair of Duron lady busts as it has a product code of 6064 (the norm for internal numbering), however the original British Trade paperwork lists the application as withdrawn. There are other examples on the web, with some noting the product code of 6003, but this is incorrect as this code is attributed to Reg 883601

So it begs the question as to how this piece was produced, and sold, even though the registration was withdrawn. Does anyone else have examples of these? Do get in touch.
